Top-tier Toronto corporate practice is making opportunistic partner-level additions to grow its private equity secondaries capability. The team advises on secondary transactions involving fund interests and other transfers of private equity exposure, acting for buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border matters.

We are looking for an established partner to lead or materially expand a secondaries practice within a broader corporate/private equity group. The role offers collaboration with investment management, M&A and finance colleagues on complex, market-leading transactions.

Partner-level track record in private equity secondaries (buyer or seller side).
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; a portable practice is required.
Strong transactional experience connecting secondaries, fund structuring and private equity work.
Admission to the relevant Canadian bar and ability to work on cross-border matters.
