Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston real estate and construction practice. The role will handle a broad mix of commercial real estate, development and construction-related matters across private and public-sector clients.

The successful candidate will be a client-facing partner with an established practice, able to lead transactions and disputes, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the regional platform. A portable book of business is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters
Track record of client origination and retention; portable practice preferred
Experience leading teams on transactions, financings, development and construction projects or related disputes
Strong communication and business development skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
