Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Real Estate & Construction team in the Chattanooga office. The role will focus on advising developers, owners, lenders and contractors on commercial real estate transactions, project development, and construction matters across the region.

Ideal candidates will have an established transactional and/or construction practice, a demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships, and experience mentoring lawyers and working collaboratively across practice groups.

The firm is open to candidates from outside the local market and is receptive to lateral partners with a portable practice aligned with the firm’s industry-focused groups.

Active bar admission in Tennessee or willingness to seek admission; JD from an accredited law school
Seasoned partner with a track record in commercial real estate and construction matters
Proven client-development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Experience managing engagements, supervising junior lawyers, and collaborating across teams
