An established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Chicago real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on leading complex real estate and construction matters, advising institutional and commercial clients across transactional, development and dispute-related work.

The successful candidate will take a senior role within the team, working on high‑value matters, mentoring junior lawyers and helping grow the practice in the region. Candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships in real estate and construction are encouraged to apply.

Partner‑level experience in real estate and construction law, including transactions, development, and construction disputes.
Track record of leading matters and supervising teams.
Demonstrable client development ability; portable practice or client relationships preferred.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) or able to qualify promptly.
