Senior partner opportunity in Houston for an experienced real estate and construction lawyer to join a leading national firm’s regional team. The role combines client-facing work, team leadership, and business development across commercial real estate and construction matters.

The ideal candidate will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a portable practice in the region. Work will span transactional, advisory, and dispute-related matters for a mix of sophisticated clients.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law.
Track record of client relationship management and business development; portable practice welcomed.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and managing complex matters.
Active bar admission in Texas (or ability to become admitted) and eligibility to practice in Houston.
