Apply in confidence →Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Birmingham office and strengthen its real estate and construction litigation practice. The role will focus on managing complex construction and commercial disputes for institutional and corporate clients.
The successful candidate will lead matters from intake through trial/arbitration, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams on transactional and risk matters related to construction and real estate portfolios.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in construction and real estate litigation, including trial or arbitration experience
- Strong client development and relationship-management skills
- Ability to lead teams and mentor associates
