An established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction litigation practice in the Tri‑Cities market. The role combines hands‑on litigation work with client development and team leadership across commercial construction and real estate disputes.

You will manage complex litigation matters, supervise and mentor associates, and work closely with practice leaders to expand regional client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record in construction/real estate disputes is highly valued.

Partner‑level experience in construction and real estate litigation, including commercial dispute work
Proven ability to manage trials and complex litigations and to supervise junior lawyers
Demonstrable client development and business generation capability; a portable practice is a plus
Admission to practice in the relevant state(s) and good standing
