Senior real estate and construction partner opportunity in Los Angeles with a well-established national firm. The role involves leading and expanding a transactional and construction-defect practice, advising developers, owners, lenders and contractors on a range of matters from acquisitions and dispositions to construction agreements and dispute avoidance.

The firm is seeking a commercially minded leader to grow client relationships, mentor associates, and participate in cross-office matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, with a track record of handling transactional and construction matters.
Proven client-development skills and the ability to grow a book of business or bring a portable practice.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across practice groups.
Active California bar admission (or eligibility) and authorization to practice in the US.
