Senior real estate and construction partner opportunity with a well-established national law firm. The role focuses on originating and leading transactions and disputes across commercial real estate and construction matters for a range of institutional and developer clients.

The team handles complex acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and construction-related contract and litigation work. The firm is open to experienced partners with an existing portable practice who can help grow the local office.

Proven partner-level track record in real estate and/or construction law.
Experience originating and managing significant transactions and/or construction matters.
Portable book of business welcomed; demonstrated client relationships and origination history preferred.
Eligible to practice in California or able to become licensed.
