Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on advising owners, developers, lenders and contractors on a range of transactional and project-related matters.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a busy practice, working on commercial real estate transactions, construction agreements, dispute avoidance/mitigation and related due diligence. You will collaborate with cross-office teams and support business development efforts in the region.

Established partner with substantial experience in real estate and construction matters.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice will be considered.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; comfortable handling complex transactions and commercial disputes.
Admission to practice in California (or ability to qualify) and experience in the Los Angeles market.
