Established national law firm seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Real Estate and Construction practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on leading client engagements across transactional, development, and construction-related matters, providing strategic advice to owners, developers and other commercial clients.

The partner will manage and mentor a team, drive client development, and collaborate with cross‑practice groups on complex, high‑value matters. Candidates with an established portable practice or demonstrable business development success are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including development, leasing, financing and construction matters
Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable business welcomed
Experience leading teams and managing complex matters from engagement to closing
Active bar admission in California (or eligible) and strong academic and professional references
