Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its New York securities and finance practice. The role will focus on transactional and regulatory work across securities, investment management and related financing matters, working with institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will help lead and grow the practice in New York, develop client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across offices on cross-border and domestic matters. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is preferred.

Partner-level experience handling securities and finance matters, including investment management work
Proven client development/origination record and ability to bring or grow portable business
Strong transactional and regulatory experience relevant to capital markets and fund clients
Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice leadership
Active admission in New York (or ability to obtain)
