Ideal candidate will have a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships. The partner will work collaboratively across tax, corporate and project teams to deliver integrated solutions for sponsors, developers, and financial counterparties in the energy sector.

Established partner-level experience in tax with a focus on energy or related industries.
Deep technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax issues relevant to energy transactions and project finance.
Proven client development and relationship-management ability; portable book of business welcomed.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates; strong communication and business-development skills.
