Senior tax-litigation partner sought to join the firm's Albuquerque office to lead and grow a tax controversy and dispute practice. The role combines courtroom and appellate work with sophisticated tax planning and controversy matters for commercial and governmental clients.
You will supervise junior lawyers, manage case strategy and client relationships, and collaborate with national colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters. The position emphasizes client development and expanding regional market presence.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in both tax controversies and commercial litigation
- Active bar admission in New Mexico (or ability to obtain) and a strong litigation track record
- Demonstrated business development ability and experience supervising teams
