Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Lincoln office to lead and grow a cross‑disciplinary tax and litigation practice. The role will handle contested tax matters, advise clients on tax controversies and coordinate with broader firm resources on complex disputes.

The successful candidate will manage case teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate work is welcome.

Proven partner‑level experience in tax controversy and litigation
Strong courtroom and/or dispute resolution track record
Demonstrated client development and practice‑building ability
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the jurisdiction
Experience supervising associates and collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams
