Partner opportunity for an experienced tax litigator to join a US-based full-service firm’s Little Rock office. The role will blend courtroom and tax controversy work, handling disputes, appeals, and related advisory matters for a varied client base.

The firm is seeking a senior lawyer to lead and grow the tax-litigation practice locally, take on significant case responsibility, and mentor junior lawyers. There is scope to develop client relationships and expand a portable practice.

This is a partner-level hiring; candidates should be comfortable with trial and appellate advocacy, tax controversy strategy, and business development at the partner level.

Partner-level tax litigation experience (substantial courtroom, appellate, or contested tax controversy work)
Licensed to practice in Arkansas or able to become licensed promptly
Track record of leading matters and mentoring associates
Proven client development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome
Strong writing, advocacy, and strategic advisory skills in tax controversy
