Partner, Tax & Litigation — Williamsburg

Senior tax-litigation partner opportunity in the Williamsburg office of a leading US law firm. The role will focus on contested tax matters, representing clients in administrative and court proceedings and managing complex litigation strategies.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow the local tax-litigation practice, supervise junior lawyers, and drive business development across the region. This is a practice-building role with client-facing responsibilities and significant case management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation
• Proven trial and appellate experience and comfort in administrative forums
• Strong business development track record and team leadership skills
• Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to practice in federal courts
