Seeking a partner to lead and grow a tax practice in an established Orlando office. The role focuses on providing sophisticated tax advice to a broad range of corporate and individual clients across transactional and planning matters.

The successful candidate will chair engagements, mentor and manage junior attorneys, and collaborate with national and cross-practice teams. Business development is an important element of the role; candidates able to bring or build a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level tax practitioner with a strong record of client service and team leadership
Extensive experience in corporate and/or transactional tax matters (federal, state, international as applicable)
Proven business development skills; ability to cultivate client relationships and grow a practice
Active license to practice law in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission
