Growing Chicago office seeks a partner to lead and expand disputes and transactional work at the intersection of technology, life sciences and private equity. The role emphasizes patent litigation in technology and life‑sciences, antitrust matters tied to commercial and PE transactions, and handling complex cross‑practice client engagements.

The partner will supervise litigation teams, work closely with transactional and IP colleagues, and play a central role in business development for the office’s technology, media & entertainment and life‑sciences clients. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice within a major national firm.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in patent and antitrust disputes, particularly involving technology and life sciences clients
Track record of leading teams and managing complex, high-stakes matters
Strong business development skills and client relationships in technology, life sciences or private equity sectors
Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
