Market-facing law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Transportation practice groups from the Minneapolis office. The role will balance client origination, relationship management, and delivery of sophisticated legal advice across industry-focused matters.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in counseling corporate and transactional matters and have established relationships within technology, media or transportation sectors. The search is open to candidates nationwide and the team is receptive to partners with a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in technology, media & entertainment or transportation work
Established client relationships and a demonstrated track record of business development; portable book of business welcome
Strong leadership and team-management skills, with experience mentoring associates and working across practices
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to advise on corporate/transactional matters
