Leading international firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment practice in Boston. The role focuses on high-value technology and media transactions, commercial agreements, and strategic client counseling across TMT sectors.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop and expand client relationships, and work closely with cross‑office teams on complex deals and licensing, outsourcing, and platform transactions. The position is being recruited on a location‑agnostic basis with a Boston affiliation.

Proven partner-level experience handling technology, media or telecommunications transactions
Track record of originating and growing business and managing client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial, licensing, and technology agreements
Admission to the relevant state bar or ability to become admitted
