Leading U.S. law firm seeks a partner to join its Dallas Technology, Media & Entertainment practice. The role will focus on counseling clients across technology, media and telecommunications matters, handling transactional and strategic work for corporate and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will help grow a visible regional practice, work collaboratively with industry-focused teams across the firm, and play a hands-on role in business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner-level background advising on technology, media and/or telecommunications matters
Proven client development skills and experience managing significant client relationships
Strong transactional and commercial drafting skills; ability to lead deals and cross-border matters with internal teams
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) or eligible to qualify quickly
