Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross-disciplinary Technology, Media & Entertainment practice from the firm's Seattle office. The role focuses on high-value commercial and technology transactions, content and licensing deals, and telecom/communications matters for clients across the technology and media sectors.

Responsibilities include originating and executing complex deals, managing client relationships, and mentoring a team of transactional lawyers. The team supports a mix of national and international clients and values business development and thought leadership.

The role can be considered on a location-agnostic basis with a strong preference for presence in the Seattle market or a willingness to work with the Seattle team. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable.

Established partner with significant experience in technology transactions, media/content licensing, and telecom-related deals.
Proven track record of originating business and managing client relationships at partner level.
Experience leading and developing teams; strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer; willing to work with the Seattle office.
