The role will focus on originating and managing complex commercial agreements, advising growth and established technology companies, and working with cross‑disciplinary teams on product, privacy and regulatory issues. You will be expected to help grow the regional practice and mentor junior lawyers.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record advising technology and media clients on commercial and transactional matters
- Significant partner-level experience and demonstrable client origination
- Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
