Leading US law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas office to lead and expand a transportation and maritime practice. The role focuses on handling commercial maritime and transportation disputes, regulatory matters, and related transactional work across domestic and international forums.

The successful candidate will have a visible practice, handle complex litigation and arbitration, and work with a multidisciplinary team across the firm. A portable client base and demonstrated business-development capability are welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in maritime/admiralty and transportation matters.
Proven track record in litigation and arbitration; experience with cross-border disputes preferred.
Demonstrated business development and client-management skills; portable practice preferred.
Ability to lead and mentor a team and collaborate with national practice groups.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) (Texas preferred).
