Our client, a leading UK law firm with a top-tier pensions practice, seeks an experienced associate to join its growing Edinburgh team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of pensions matters, advising trustees and employers on defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, as well as group pensions, master trusts, insurance products (including buy-in and buy-out arrangements), longevity products, and other structures. The team also handles pensions-related litigation, providing a balanced and comprehensive service to clients.

Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE
Demonstrable interest in and enthusiasm for the pensions market
Relevant experience from a recognised pensions team
Strong academic background
Excellent communication skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ambition to succeed, with a commitment to client relationship management and business development
Well-organised with effective prioritisation skills
