Experience advising on pensions-related transactions, scheme governance and/or pensions litigation or disputes
Qualified solicitor or advocate: SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration required
Comfortable working in a team handling a national client base and able to manage multiple matters
Open to flexible working patterns (full- or part-time)
