The team advises public- and private-sector clients across the development lifecycle, working on consenting, compulsory acquisition, compensation, inquiries/examinations and judicial review matters.
Roles are available across multiple offices (including Bristol and Edinburgh) and offer exposure to high-profile energy, infrastructure and built-environment projects including renewables, transport, utilities and large-scale regeneration schemes. Flexible and hybrid working patterns are supported.
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience (England & Wales or Scotland qualified).
- Experience in town and country planning, development consenting, compulsory acquisition/purchase, compensation, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations or judicial review.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and case/project management skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and able to manage a complex and varied workload.
