Joining a market-leading Projects team in Bristol, this role focuses on infrastructure projects and public sector contracts. You will take early responsibility on matters across the project lifecycle, from procurement and development through financing, operations and exit.

The team acts across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, education, defence, transport, telecoms, energy and facilities management, advising sponsors, contractors and public-sector bodies on PPP, outsourced services and related procurement frameworks.

Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in infrastructure PPP projects and/or public‑sector transactions.
Practical knowledge of procurement frameworks and public‑sector contract terms, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Commercial client-facing experience and a willingness to contribute to business development.
Team‑oriented, able to manage multiple matters and progress technically complex work.
