We are hiring multiple Practice Innovation Lawyers to design, test and deploy AI and legal-technology solutions that improve legal workflows and client service. These roles partner with practice teams to translate needs into practical AI use cases, configure and validate tools, and lead change enablement to drive adoption.

Positions will support specific practice groups — Finance, Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Policy & Regulatory — and work closely with practice leads, practice operations, and global AI/technology teams. The work is hands-on and combines legal, technical and project-management skills to deliver measurable efficiency and quality improvements.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree; admission to a state bar strongly preferred
4+ years’ experience as a practicing lawyer, legal operations professional, or comparable law firm role; practice experience strongly preferred
Practical experience designing and deploying legal technology and generative AI solutions (document automation, workflow orchestration, legal research tools)
Strong project/program management, stakeholder engagement, and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (including Copilot), Power Platform and related productivity tools; experience with CoPilot Studio or citizen-developer tools preferred
Knowledge of regulatory, privacy and professional conduct obligations applicable to legal technology implementations
