Our client is seeking 4th–6th year associates to join its elite private companies team in New York. The team advises disruptive companies and the investors who fund them, spanning the full growth cycle from early-stage formation through growth-stage financings and liquidity events.

The role focuses on counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters, including venture capital financings and liquidity events. Associates will work closely with founders, management teams, and investors in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Candidates with at least three years of substantial experience working with early-stage and growth-stage companies are encouraged to apply.

Deep experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters throughout their growth cycle, including venture capital financings and liquidity events
Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
