A leading national law firm is seeking 3rd–6th year associates to join its private companies team, advising disruptive, venture-backed companies and the investors who fund them. This is a growing national platform with a strong roster of high-growth clients.

Associates will counsel early-stage and growth-stage companies on general corporate matters throughout their growth cycle, including venture capital financings and liquidity events. Beyond client work, the role offers the chance to help build and run a practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the development of the national private companies offering.

At least three years of substantial experience working with early-stage and growth-stage companies
Deep experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters across the growth cycle, including venture capital financings and liquidity events
Corporate department experience at a national or international law firm
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
