Private Equity Associate — Corporate

Top-tier US law firm is seeking a 3rd–6th year attorney with private equity and M&A transactional experience. The role supports private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on buyouts, mergers and related transactional work across the firm's U.S. offices.

The successful candidate will join a team-oriented, fast-paced practice and act as an extension of client deal teams, contributing to deal execution and client strategy. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and supportive parental leave and career development resources.

• 3–6 years' experience in private equity and M&A transactions at a large law firm
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, and LLC/LP and ancillary transactional documents
• Excellent drafting, writing, analytical and project-management skills; strong attention to detail
• Good commercial judgment and ability to work collaboratively with client teams
• Excellent academic credentials
