Growing US corporate practice is seeking private equity associates to join its team, with roles based in Atlanta and other U.S. offices. Associates will focus primarily on private equity and M&A matters, advising financial sponsors and strategic buyers and sellers on complex transactions.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal research and due diligence, managing deal processes, and participating in client calls and closings. Candidates should be comfortable running significant portions of deals and working collaboratively with senior lawyers and cross-functional teams.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Georgia (or able to obtain admission)
3–6 years of private equity / M&A experience at a major corporate law firm (AmLaw 100 experience preferred)
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; proven transaction management experience
