Seeking an associate with 3–6 years of transactional experience in energy and infrastructure project development to join a major US practice in Houston. The role centers on supporting and leading documentation, negotiation and execution of commercial agreements for projects, as well as assisting on project financings and acquisitions.

The associate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partners, lead M&A diligence for energy and infrastructure assets, and advise on deal structure. Experience with joint ventures, project finance and tax equity transactions is highly desirable.

3–6 years' PQE in energy/infrastructure transactional work
Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Familiarity with project finance, joint ventures and M&A due diligence
Tax equity experience is a plus; strong commercial judgment and teamwork skills
J.D. and active bar membership in applicable jurisdiction
