Apply in confidence →Top-tier energy project development & finance team seeks a mid-level associate to support representation of lenders, sponsors and other project participants on U.S. and cross-border energy and infrastructure transactions. The role involves advising on project development, project finance documentation, and commercial / regulatory issues across conventional and energy-transition assets.
The successful candidate will join a large, market-leading practice with significant transactional volume and global resources. Day-to-day work will include drafting and negotiating financing and project development documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and working on complex, high-value financings from inception through closing.
- Minimum ~3 years’ post-qualification experience in project finance, energy or infrastructure transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating project finance and development documents for lenders and/or sponsors.
- Strong transactional skills, commercial judgment, and ability to manage multi-party deals.
- Admission to a U.S. bar or eligibility to be admitted; excellent written and oral communication skills.
