Join a global energy and infrastructure finance practice advising on project development and financing across energy transition, infrastructure, natural resources and transport sectors. The team handles project and financing documentation, public‑private partnerships, multi‑source financings, regulatory matters and risk allocation for sponsors, lenders, governments and investors on greenfield and brownfield developments.

This New York role is finance‑focused and works closely with construction, environmental, tax, regulatory and disputes specialists to provide integrated cross‑discipline advice from development through financing and delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

The group seeks candidates comfortable on complex US project financings and related structures, with opportunities to work on transactions supporting renewable and transition projects.

Admission to the New York bar required.
Substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects.
Experience with US project financings, holdco financings, and US tax‑equity structures; familiarity with construction back‑leverage financings is a plus.
Preferred class years: 2018–2022. Applicants should include resume and law school transcript(s).
