Growing national real estate team seeks 3–5 year associate to join its Boston office. The role focuses on general commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and financing matters, supporting complex deals from diligence through closing.

Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and drafting, transaction and closing support, client communication, and collaborative work with deal teams. The position is hybrid with regular in-office presence and opportunities for remote work.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admission to practice in Massachusetts
3–5 years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions at a large or mid-size law firm
Strong drafting, research, and transaction management skills; attention to detail and good professional judgment
