Real Estate Associate — Richmond

Growing real estate team seeks a full-time, partnership-track associate to join its Richmond office. The role involves work across commercial real estate matters, including transactional support on debt and equity deals, acquisitions, dispositions, large-scale development projects and joint-venture arrangements.

• At least 2 years of real estate transactional experience (debt or equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and/or joint ventures)
• Strong academic record and excellent writing, analytical and organizational skills
• Team-player mindset with ability to manage multiple matters
• Virginia bar membership preferred; must obtain Virginia bar admission within one year of joining
