Real Estate Associate

Join our thriving real estate practice as a full-time, partnership-track associate. We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience, ideally handling debt or equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, large-scale development, and joint venture structures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills, and will thrive in a collaborative team culture.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Minimum of two years of real estate experience
• Experience with debt or equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, large-scale development, and/or joint venture structures preferred
• Virginia bar membership preferred and required within one year of joining
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills
• Team player mindset with a commitment to client service
