Real Estate Associate — Richmond

Seeking a partnership-track associate to join a busy real estate team in the Richmond office. The role focuses on transactional real estate matters across debt and equity financing, acquisitions and dispositions, large-scale developments, and joint venture structures.

The successful candidate will work on deal execution, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The group values strong legal analysis, clear written advocacy, and collaborative client service. Virginia bar admission is preferred and must be obtained within one year of joining.

• Minimum 2 years of transactional real estate experience
• Experience with debt or equity financing, acquisitions/dispositions, development projects and/or joint ventures
• Strong academic record and excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills
• Team-player mindset and ability to manage multiple matters
• Virginia bar membership preferred; required within one year of hire
