A leading real estate practice group seeks a full-time, partnership-track associate to join its thriving real estate team in Richmond. The role offers substantial responsibility across a broad range of real estate matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The incoming associate will handle transactions involving debt and equity, acquisitions and dispositions, large-scale development projects, and joint venture structures. The position is well suited to a candidate who combines strong analytical and organizational abilities with exceptional writing skills and a genuine commitment to teamwork.

Virginia bar membership is preferred and is required within one year of joining. A competitive relocation package is available for candidates relocating for the role. Compensation is competitive and benefits are comprehensive.

At least two years of real estate experience
Experience with debt or equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, large-scale development, and/or joint venture structures
Strong academic record
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills
A true team player
Virginia bar membership preferred; required within one year of joining
