Seeking a mid-level Real Estate transactional associate to join a well-established national full‑service law firm’s San Diego office. The role sits in the firm's Real Estate practice and offers partner-track progression, close mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated, high-value transactions.

Day-to-day work will include drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and commercial leases, conducting and resolving title due diligence, managing closings, and collaborating with partners and senior associates on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3–4 years of transactional real estate experience (commercial leasing, acquisitions/dispositions preferred)
Admission to and good standing with the California Bar
Strong drafting, negotiation, title-due-diligence and closing-management skills; excellent communication and organizational abilities
Resume, cover letter and law school transcript required
