An Am Law 50 global full-service firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its San Diego office. The firm maintains a nationally recognized Real Estate practice and a San Diego office of over 60 attorneys across a broad range of practices.

The successful candidate will support complex, high-value real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other transactional documents; conducting and reviewing title due diligence and clearing title issues; managing transaction closings; and collaborating with partners and senior associates on structured acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.

This is a full-time partner-track position offering direct mentorship from experienced practitioners, substantial client contact, and sophisticated, high-value work.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3–4 years of experience handling varied real estate transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and document-review skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent matters
Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn from leading practitioners
Admission to, and good standing with, the California bar
