Our Real Estate Group advises leading owners, investors, sponsors, and developers on the full range of real estate transactions across all asset classes. Working alongside our tax, finance, funds, and capital markets practices, the team delivers fully integrated advice at every stage of a transaction.

We are seeking an associate with at least three years of law firm experience to advise clients on large and complex real estate matters.

At least 3 years of law firm experience advising clients on large and complex real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, financing, leasing, and strategic investments
Strong understanding of complex transactions involving domestic and foreign institutional investors, private equity sponsors, asset managers, developers, lenders, and corporate clients
Experience managing substantial portions of sophisticated transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating diligence, and supporting deal execution
Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school
High academic achievement
Admitted to (or able to waive into) the New York Bar
Prior experience at a peer Am Law or international law firm
