A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Disputes lawyer to join its thriving property litigation team. The practice is well known for handling commercial and residential real estate disputes, with a particular strength in landlord and tenant litigation, acting for investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers managing national property portfolios.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while collaborating closely with senior colleagues and supervising more junior team members, gaining exposure to a wide variety of matters. The role also involves working alongside a national restructuring and insolvency group, advising Law of Property Act receivers and high street and private banks on insolvency-related property disputes and complex mortgage litigation.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE
Demonstrable technical experience in property litigation, including commercial and residential disputes
