3–7 yearsʼ experience in commercial real estate finance at a top-tier law firm or equivalent transactional practice
Substantive experience with mortgage and mezzanine financings, preferred equity, permanent/bridge loans, construction loans, loan participations/syndications and intercreditor arrangements
Experience handling workouts and restructurings a plus
Strong academic record, excellent drafting and transactional skills, and ability to work collaboratively in deal teams
