Real Estate Litigation Partner — New York

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a busy real estate and construction litigation practice in New York. The role will handle high-value commercial disputes across state and federal courts, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.

You will manage and mentor a team of litigators, take primary responsibility for client relationships, and work closely with transactional teams on risk and dispute avoidance. The position requires strong courtroom experience and an established record of winning outcomes in construction and real estate matters.

• Partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation
• Proven track record in complex commercial disputes, trials, and arbitration
