Real Estate Senior Associate or Counsel

Our client, a leading law firm, seeks a Real Estate Senior Associate or Counsel with 6+ years of experience to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in real estate finance and lending, including lender-side representation, loan document drafting, and title and survey diligence.

This role requires the ability to independently manage transactions from initial structuring through closing, while demonstrating strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
