A full-service AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an associate attorney to join its Real Estate Practice in its New York office.

The role involves complex commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, construction transactions, joint ventures, real estate M&A, and financings. The practice represents a broad range of clients, including developers, owners and operators, investors, financial institutions, private investment funds, REITs, public agencies, and national, regional, and local retailers, restaurant groups, landlords, and tenants.

One (1) to seven (7) years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Background in commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, construction transactions, joint ventures, real estate M&A, and/or financings
Admission to the New York Bar required
