We are seeking qualified lawyers to join a Dispute Resolution practice group in a London office. The team represents domestic and international clients in international commercial and investment arbitration as well as in complex cross-border disputes, conducting proceedings under the rules of leading institutions including ICC, LCIA, SCC, DIS, CIETAC and ICSID.

Core areas of focus include post-M&A and shareholder disputes, distribution law, and general commercial and corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on disputes in the aerospace and infrastructure sectors. The team also advises on the enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards and the enforcement of foreign judgments, and members of the team regularly sit as arbitrators.

From the outset, you will have direct contact with clients and work closely with colleagues across other practice areas. The role involves handling extensive and complex case files, legal assessment, and the development and implementation of litigation strategy, including advice in dispute-prone situations of all kinds.

Examinations completed with at least fully satisfactory results
Relevant experience in dispute resolution
Fluent, negotiation-grade English, preferably gained through time spent abroad; additional languages advantageous
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
Strategic thinking, solution-oriented approach, and a proactive, collaborative mindset
