We are a national law firm with offices across the United States, seeking a Renewable Energy Construction Associate with eight to ten years of experience. The role is open to candidates in any of our offices, including our virtual office. Candidates must hold an active bar license in the state corresponding to the office they are applying to, or commit to obtaining one promptly.

In this role, you will focus on negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts for renewable energy clients, working primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources practice group. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. You should show exceptional judgment, manage multiple projects effectively, and clearly articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Eight to ten years of experience in construction law, with a focus on renewable energy projects
