Leading US law firm seeks a partner to join its New York restructuring practice. The role focuses on chapter 11, out-of-court restructurings and related debtor/creditor work across industries, working on high‑profile, complex restructurings alongside a national team.

The ideal candidate will lead engagements, manage teams, and drive business development for the practice in the New York market. There is an expectation of contributing a portable practice or client relationships appropriate to a partner role.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency (chapter 11 and out‑of‑court restructurings)
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong team leadership and matter-management skills on complex matters
Admission to practice in New York (or eligible) and ability to work in the US
