Seeking a Risk & Compliance Counsel to join the firm's new business, conflicts and risk function in London. The role focuses on assessing and resolving conflicts of interest and other ethical or compliance risks arising from new client intake, new matters and lateral hires.

The counsel will advise internal stakeholders on professional conduct rules, draft waivers and ethical walls, support onboarding and engagement terms, and contribute to training and firm-wide risk initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with the Office of General Counsel, risk management and intake teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified solicitor admitted in England & Wales
3+ years' relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal/risk function with exposure to conflicts/new business intake
Strong legal research, analytical judgment and project-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable advising senior lawyers and cross‑functional teams
Experience with Intapp (Conflicts, Intake, Terms, Walls) preferred
